1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing access on ATOKTOK.26 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ATOKTOK.26 is an unofficial fan platform aggregating publicly available match information and embedded streams for the FIFA World Cup 2026. We are not affiliated with FIFA or any official broadcaster.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person per account.

4. Payments & Access

Access is unlocked via a one-time crypto payment processed by NOWPayments. Once your payment is confirmed on-chain, your account is automatically granted full tournament access. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

5. Acceptable Use

• No re-broadcasting, recording, or redistributing streams.
• No sharing your account with others.
• No attempts to bypass paywalls, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Availability

Streams depend on third-party sources and may be interrupted or removed without notice. We make no guarantee of uptime or match coverage.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATOKTOK.26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
